If you are a First Time Buyer the amount left over can be used to compare against your new potential mortgage costs. Please allow for Insurance in your budgets, we recommend speaking to your gr8 adviser for an indication of these costs.

Remember that although the amount left over can be used in this way for budgeting, for home movers these costs will vary according to the running costs of the new property.
