Your gr8 advisor will help you locate the best deal around. By obtaining a Mortgage Promise you can have your finance pre-agreed, and in doing this, it will give you the confidence to view properties safe in the knowledge that you can proceed without delay or disappointment.
* A Mortgage Promise is usually subject to a satisfactory property valuation, verification that the information supplied is accurate, and a satisfactory credit score being obtained by your chosen lender.
Your Home may be repossesed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
You do not have to pay us a fee for advising and arranging your mortgage. Instead we receive commission from the mortgage lender. If you prefer we can pass on the lenders commission to you and you pay us a fee. We generally charge a fee of 0.5% of the value of the loan.
